Our Guarantee

We inspect all our furniture carefully before shipment and are confident that all our products are of the highest quality. In addition to our regular 12 month guarantee we offer a free extended guarantee of 5 years for the frame and construction. 

 

Built to Perfection from Components of the Highest Quality

Most of our frames are of solid Birch, Beech or Ash hardwood, and seats are either steel sprung or layered with high tension webbing. Hides are selected and finished by leather experts.

Made to order items

We ask you for a deposit of 25% on made-to-order items and then the balance once your order is ready. 

 

Stock Items

Payment is required in-full on stock items at time of ordering.

For made to order items and items from stock we accept payment either by credit card or by cheque with an allowance of 4 days to clear.

Delivery

We use experienced furniture carriers to deliver our sofas and suites. Please provide us with your phone number so our specialist carriers can arrange a time and date for your delivery.

The carrier will remove the packing on arrival. We ask you to ensure that the furniture is intact. In the unlikely event you find anything damaged please ask the carrier to take it back and we will replace it as soon as we can.

 

Chairs and Swivel Recliners

Many of our chairs and Swivel-Recliners are sent by parcel carriers. The cost of delivery £15 per item except to Northern Ireland which is an extra £10.

 

Measurement Checks

Please check the measurements of products before ordering to ensure they will fit through halls and doorways. If the exact measurements are crucial to fit into your allocated space it is advisable to confirm them with us.

 


Returns Policy

We would like you to feel every confidence in buying from us and so are prepared to accept the return of any purchase from stock that you are not happy with, as long as you inform us within 7 days of the receipt of your product.

We do however retain the delivery element of the purchase and charge a collection fee of £65 to contribute to the cost of the return.  The collection fee is waived if the carriers are informed before leaving so thay can take the order back and dispense with a return visit.

This guarantee applies to our stock models and not items that are made-to-order, except for the Buckingham Chesterfield which can also be returned for a full refund.

 

Faulty or damaged products

 

We will of course accept the return of any sofa, whether from stock or made-to-order if there is a significant fault on arrival or if the sofas are not as described. There will be no charge for the return and a full refund will be made including the original cost of delivery.
